I hope to fuck that whoever the Oger involved with a NGO was fucking destroyed. He was bragging about all the work they did in Ukraine and was flaunting it on the Ukraine war thread. I believe it was Josh.

No one cares about Josh. Other forum shit can stay on other forums. This thread is about the government stealing our money to put on tranny shows in Mongolia.

If you want to see the full extent that the tendrils of this cancer has stretched to, do a search for any instance of the phrase "whole of society" being parroted. Those who know history might be better acquainted by its other name, totalitarianism. Originated during the Obama regime, USAID is just one cog in the gear of this scheme:

The whole of society realizes the significance of the passage of time, around the kitchen table.

I remember that cunt.
There was a few of them. I stopped reading that thread cos of the straight bullshit they were spewing.
I remember thinking that for sure he worked for the government ( didn't see him brag about it though) just within reading a few posts of his.
There was also a couple of people working for the government for sure with covid. Snowy was his SN.
That shit pissed me off that they weren't band. No fucking way in hell I'd let the government propagandaise my website.

He was constantly bragging about being with a NGO but was very vauge what they actually did in the Ukraine

A lot of people are going to end up jobless and that sucks for them. But the federal government is the largest employer in the country, that's a problem in itself. And as much as it sucks for a lot of these people, the alternative of continuing to damage the country is not an option. Plus, we are doing people no favors if they continue to not be a positive part of society and only be a financial burden to the rest of the nation. And that's putting it nicely because the existence of some of these people in these jobs are a net negative and makes life worse for citizens.

The federal government is setup to be inefficient. This is considered to be a security feature rather than a defect. I'm not talking about corruption or even blatant misspending. I'm talking about the intended structure of government organizations.

Teams tend to be very siloed from most other teams. I use to work with them as a contractor, and I was told not to engage with other teams unless they gave me a good reason for them to receive the information they were asking for. I received the same type of response when I asked other teams for information I needed to do my job.

They have an "Unless you need to know, you don't need to know" approach. Given that I was working in an organization that has a significant impact on the US and world economy, that approach isn't terrible. However, it causes a lot of inefficiencies across the business. It makes it difficult for teams to work together and causes a lot duplication of technical solutions to similar issues which causes duplicate teams across the org when one decent sized team could provide a standard solution.

They are also very slow to adopt new and more efficient technology to solve problems. This is because they need to thoroughly vet the code base of new technology for security risks. It seems like they have been more proactive about vetting new tech in the past few years, so this is improving a bit.

Trump/DOGE getting rid of USAID and stating the State Dept can handle the useful effort USAID delivered helps move in the right direction. It results in less duplication and wasted spending.

It is unfortunate people will lose their jobs, but good employees will find new jobs.

I love how the left is up in arms that fed workers that we pay for are getting laid off but never give a damn when there are massive layoffs in the private sector.

Some reason I don't remember a lot of fed employees losing their jobs during the housing crisis in 2008/2009 or jobs/businesses during covid. Must be my old age.

When I was job hunting I put in a dozen or more applications with the state across various departments because it had been the case for a very long time that if you got the job, you basically couldn't ever lose it. Maybe you get transferred or something, but getting fired was apparently pretty rare. I guess I am glad I didnt get into one of them, lol.

I imagine most of the good workers in these gov roles being eliminated will land in another department/agency. You dont just flush good talent who are already in the system. Probably a lot of complacent turds getting a wake up call, which Im sure is scary as hell.

I just wonder how many of these 10's of thousands of former government employees are not going to be able to find an alternative place in the private sector and how many are going to become dangerous when they decide to take it out on society.
