YES! The Aussie show was well above average. The quality of the show will probably not be reflected in the ratings for any number of reasons (holiday weekend, Valentines weekend, mid winter break for some schools, odd/ different start time etc). In other news, the NXT show was also damn good!

Los Outrunners

Learning Tree wasn’t told about the masks. Jericho legit cracked up when they came out.

Crazy to say this but Harley Cameron got the biggest pop of the night on collision. Bought tickets for double or nothing!

Harley is hot, talented and hysterical. She may not be as good of a worker (her ring-work is getting better), but she is AEW's Chelsea Green. Just does everything she can with the minutes she has and is always entertaining with her character work.

She was one of the only reasons people even watched Rampage (the other being the Outrunners) IMO.

She just seems like a natural performer with a great sense of humor. That puppet gimmick cracks me up. 🪵🦴

If there was ever a time to work yourself into a shoot, brother... this is the situation.

Rosa should have waffled those idiots with that chair. It used to be proper etiquette to MAKE someone sell if they were refusing to cooperate.

Probably doesn’t happen if it was one of the boys, like what happened when Public Enemy went into business for themselves against APA.

JBL: “They don’t wanna go through the table”
Ron Simmons: "Well , we’ll take the table to them!'”

The crazy part is that Rosa compared to Penelope Ford would be a Ron Simmons type... given she actually has fought before.

Like... what goes into someone's thought process in going into business for yourself like that... especially with someone that can legit fuck you up.

That and you're gonna fuck with someone involved in one of the two most brutal female matches in AEW history...meaning she not only has the skills to fuck you up, but you know is gnarly enough to take anything your dumb ass tries to dish out.

According to Jonathan Coachman on Behind the Turnbuckle, Shane O’Mac requested equity in All Elite Wrestling and full control of the show, leading Khan to ghost him rather than pursue further discussions.

Coachman noted that this was one of the rare times he agreed with Khan’s decision:

I remember that picture that surfaced with Shane McMahon meeting Tony Khan, and there was all this speculation that he wanted to come into AEW. Then, all of a sudden, that talk just disappeared.

Well, I have it on good authority that Shane McMahon asked for the world—he wanted equity in the company, and he wanted to come in and run the entire show.

And honestly, it was probably the first time I said to myself, ‘I actually agree with Tony Khan ghosting him.’ Because Tony ghosted Shane—it wasn’t the other way around.”

Yeah, that does seem a bit much.

I mean...

Can you blame Shane though? Its not like he financially needs to ever work again.

I'd be asking for the world too having to work with a bunch of indy children.

Is AEW breaking even at this point? Realistically how much longer can they go on like this?
They HAVE to be turning a profit with their new TV deal.

The problem is that they arent growing at all... whether its ratings... or attendance... or anything else. They're just propped up by TV stations overpaying for ANY live content.
