General HVAC guys, how screwed am I

My almost 20 year old make up air unit decided to shit itself last night, the motor broke off the mounts and beat up the squirrel cage some, going to see if I can weld up the mounts and test it to see if it still works. Worth trying to save it or just say fuck it and try to find a whole replacement assembly at grainger.

Get windows units if you can. They will be cheaper probably than fixing ur unit and use less electricity. I got 3 after my hvac went bad.I got portable heater too.

That would be difficult, it's the make up air for our hood system for the restaurant, we ended up ripping it out and going to order a whole new unit tomorrow. The squirrel cage was pretty beat up from when the motor broke loose and the brackets were pretty much crap. Shit never ends lol.
