Wife and I drove through there quite off in the early 90's going back and forth to our home towns. It was crazy just seeing smoke billowing from the ground. Then they rerouted the road around the town so you couldn't drive through there any more.

Yeah, it's creepy.

There's actually a fantastic amusement park not far from there called Knoebell's.

Not a bad day trip.

Been there often, we used to rent a cabin. One of the cleanest and cheapest amusement parks for the family.
