Valhalla Rising is a fucking trip. Danish lore. Very violent. Very trippy.

I'd start with The Hunt. It's about a kindergarten assistant wrongly accused of diddling.

Arctic was great too. It's pretty much just him stranded on the tundra. Not a lot of speaking. But great just the same.

And then Another Round was a good one. About a group of teachers who decide to experiment with drinking at work.
