I think he regressed a little over the last few years, though he is still a solid hitter. That's the third safety from KC that NO has signed, also they have/had a few other guys they got straight from KC. Willie Gay, Khalen Saunders, that tackle who was just awful(can't remember his name right this second). Maybe more!

He's just the Von MIller replacement. A declining pass rusher that will probably miss a healthyy chunk of every season he's on the team.
