There is no traditional ways in 2025 all these spanish speaking countries are modern you are talking about 30 years ago. Traditional ways would apply to like albanians or some 4th world country in eastern europe not spanish speaking countries. Colombia and Mexico are pretty modern countries now because of the Internet.
