I like some fish, sometimes, but I don't love fish. Like everything else they absorb what their near and most fisheries have some levels of pollution (usually some kind of heavy metals). I remember warnings on the radio as a little kid that children shouldn't eat any fish out of the Sacramento river, even 1 fish was potentially dangerous if you were under a certain age. And this is when people still smoked in restaurants and doctors offices.

you got to get 30 feet away from the entrance or any air intakes in BC . they take smoking rather seriously here . on the other hand a nurses group took the government to court to stop them from prohibiting smoking crack in schoolyards and playgrounds

Yeah, somr hospitals demanded we shut down our ambulances at their entrances because for some stupid reasons they are always right by the emergency doors. And most are supposedly tobacco free, no smoking even in the parking lot.

Biggest group of self righteous SJWs you'll ever meet. It starts in nursing school (pa school too) where they tell you how important and special and irreplaceable they are, and then they are extremely indoctrinated. This true from the shittiest community college RN program all the up to the best ones in the country. Ive watched this happen throughout my career and a massive reason I didn't go to nursing school so I could make more money doing the exact same job I was already doing, because I knew I wouldn't survive the process without lots of drama.
Nurses eat their own regularly, they are ruthless to each other and you better get in line. Nursing unions are far too powerful and they are good at presenting a unified front giving these women their first taste of "power" and it immediately becomes high school all over again.
They are all crazy. You should definitely fuck a couple in your life, but never get involved. Ever. Infidelity rates are off the charts.
