Ronda Rousey's end to the year dealt a massive blow to her reputation, but that didn't stop the 28-year-old from topping Google's top 10 most trending people list for 2015.

"Rowdy" was the third most searched celebrity on Google for the year, joining the likes of Caitlyn Jenner, Donald Trump and Charlie Sheen. Prior to her devastating knockout loss to Holly Holm at UFC 193, the Olympic bronze medalist had secured sponsorship deals, starred in Hollywood movies and was recently announced as the cover fighter for EA Sports UFC 2. Rousey was also declared one of the highest-paid female athletes in the world by Forbes.

This, I only searched her for KO pictures and GIF's. Being on Wrestlemania probably helped her too.

Damn, I didn't know she was that popular. I don't remember googling her once this year but I pobably did numerous times.

It never fails to amaze me that others don't realize how popular Ronda is. Look how many mainstream TV shows she was on in 2015. People watch and then people google search.
