Salaries are increasing but it's still not enough for the bottom half of the roster. $25k/$25k should be a minimum base, for the biggest MMA promotion in the world. That's $50-$75k if someone fights 2-3 times a year, which would allow most to train full time.

Good to see Stipe making some decent coin there. His Reebok pay sucked but 120k is good.
