Germany will likely increase police presence at events that will likely contain a number of these immigrants now. There might even be efforts to cut down on events that might result in a large gathering. That and they'll become a sausage fest for a while.

They don't really know yet who it was and everything that conspired. It is absolutely despicable though.
I heard nothing about rape, but the perpetrators worked in groups and also used the general crowd to disguise themselves, and then used molestation of women to disguise that they are actually robbing them.
Similar things happened the same night in Hamburg.
That is organized crime.
If indeed they were refugees, in my mind they should go right out the door. But there are reasonable doubts. Women were threatened and insulted, by people speaking German. But who knows what is even connected. Some shit is always happening in those big crowds, not every crime that night will be connected to this big atrocity.
So, we will see.
