I thought the G man had a valid point although I don't necessarily share the same opinion. MMA is weird in that in any other sport this could get discussed rationally but in this sport its taboo and panties get rustled.

The only solid point he made was that people make similar ped accusations against Brazilian and Russian fighters, pointing to a couple of pics of them as proof, but then proceeded to do the same thing to Holly.

I thought he was spot on in saying that if Holly was Brazillian the PED accusations would be much more widespread. I'm not going to beat a dead horse however so it is what it is.

Thats true to an extent. I think it can be discussed...especially here...without "STFU cunt, what have you ever done?!" or "OP is a faggot". The issue is, how are debates handled & interpreted. Some are very black & white with their style of debate - nothing personal (Splinty, Zeph). Others state their opinions with a bit more bedside manner & throw some jokes in along the way to keep things lighthearted (you, me, Priziesthorse). And others lose their shit from time to time...especially if there may be things going on outside of the internet. But at the end of the day, it's all good as far as I'm concerned. No one is going to come back here tomorrow, hating one another. I'm quite sure everyone in that thread would help Galanis any way they could.
I like that this is a place where debate can be had (in most cases) about hot topics, without the board imploding. Everyone just needs to remember this shit aint serious. There's a lot more important shit to worry about than the interwebs.
