So, we're looking at a fight between pikeys who don't allow holding or kicking, yet they are holding and kicking and also there's an Asian guy watching from his car which goes against every pikey rule.....please, someone help me understand.....
The kicker wasn't a pikey. The kickee may have been but I think the camera guy was just using pikey as a derogatory term.
Only the dead one is a Traveler.

Travelers call themselves Travelers. People in the UK, call them Pikeys because they used to work building or repairing turnpikes.
Here in Ireland people call them knackers, that's the guy that collects dead livestock, another traditional industry of theirs, along with scrap metal and rag. Another name is Tinkers because they used to mend tin pots sharpen knives etc.
