Radical feminism goes against biology and instinct that has evolved over millions if years. That's not necessarily a bad thing, as there are a lot of instincts that we have to suppress to function as a society, but it causes problems for women.
For example, women should be allowed to burp and fart and not wear make up and drink beer and eat pizza. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that but most women also want a "high value" male as a mate.
A guy with options will not partner with a fat, rude slob and most female social groups also seem to value the same qualities.
