I was born in '75, so the best years of my childhood was smack dab in this decade. My movie choices are based a lot on fond memories that come rushing back when I watch any of these. My list may not live up to critics standards, but oh well


I'm really not committed on the order. I love them all equally as well as many many more

Honorable mentions include; Caddyshack, The Great Outdoors, Uncle Buck, The Karate Kid, Bloodsport and tons more really.

Y'all will prob look at this list and go yep, she's for sure a chick lol. Also, I love that this thread proves yet again that John Hughes owned the 80's. In no particular order, my faves, and this was HARD, the 80's holds a special place in cinematic history for me, I could list so many:

The Dark Crystal
