Diego Sanchez's return to 155 lbs is now official, and he'll be on Fight Pass for the first time in his career. On Wednesday afternoon, UFC officials confirmed Sanchez will face Jim Miller in the feature FP preliminary card bout at UFC 197 on March 5th. These two have a combined 43 UFC fights under their belt (Sanchez has 22, while Miller has 21).

This continues a trend of the UFC sticking "bigger" fights on its subscription service.UFC 195 had Dustin Poirier vs. Joseph Duffy on Fight Pass, and next month will featureAnderson Silva vs. Michael Bisping in the UFC London main event.

UFC 197 features a twinbill of championship bouts, as lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos defends his title against featherweight champ Conor McGregor, and Holly Holmdefends her women's bantamweight belt against Holly Holm.

Matchup that doesn't make any sense. Two vets who are (seemingly) past their prime, in a fight where neither of them can really elevate their own status with a win, nor elevate the opponent's status with a loss, fighting on the portion of the card no one will be watching. AND they both fight styles that could potentially lead to a technically proficient snoozefest.

It doesn't make any sense, and smacks of laziness.

Match them with up-and-coming contenders to validate their own place in the company, or provide a boost to someone entering.

Time to hang em up when you get paired up with Diego Sanchez. I don't think he's even top 300 in his weight class anymore.

I think it could be a fun fight. They both love to scrap and both have shown a talent for creating some crazy scrambles. I'm okay with it.

Yeah i'm OK with this fight as well. It may be a few years too late, but who cares? These guys have been around the block and know what fans want, I can see them delivering.

The UFC puts their content on to many platforms for the average person to keep up with. They have PPV, Fox, Fox sports, fight pass, and on-damand just off the top of my head.
