To be fair, Nik may be talking out of his ass, with regards to some motel incident. BJ was arrested about a year ago, for punching a friend of his outside of a bar. He was arrested for that. The accusation of leaving someone for dead in a sleazy motel is unfounded to my knowledge.

There was a case of that in the mandalay bay but was found to be some random psycho iirc.

Yeah, I think Nik is just trying to conduct some sort of smear campaign here. It's got that kind of vibe to it.

All he has to do is tweet - "BJ - I accept. See you in March"....or "As badly as BJ Penn wants to fight me, I have a different path planned for my career"
