When will Cain be healthy again? That is the question. Quickly another year passes before he fights. Good dude, but not surprised.

Cain is one guy who, despite his success, simply must not be making intelligent choices when training.

It's possible that all the bad choices in the past have ruined it for him, even if he does train sensibly. All that scar tissue and ligament damage doesn't go away.

Excellent point.
BUT it's still his choice on how he trains, maybe he hasn't really been given a clear diagnosis in terms of his biomechanical health but that's something an athlete in his position needs to do. He was one of the few champions who came off as entirely genuine and I hope things go better for him.
