My Ma's big ass mastiff attacked my staffy over a bone, had to take his back and lock in a rear naked then had to crank it cause he's a big necked fuck. Ozzy's in with vet over night cause he has a big hole in his neck, beautiful Hungarian vet was like, "I don't no if he is cat, but he lost five lives with this one. I can see his pulse in the artery there" lucky so of a bitch.

Mmm Hmm I had tried stomping him, but I may as well have been kicking the wall. All those rolls with Ozzy saved his ass today. The big fella was determined, see my mother just arrived to collect her dogs, I had been watching them. She gave them and mine treat bone deals, which is not a good plan when you have two uncut dogs in a kitchen before dinner time.

I would have done the same thing for my dog.
I did this to a pit bull over the summer. Had the mother fucker laid out on all fours. Hit him with a rear naked. He fought like a beast but eventually either passed out or gave up. I think I may have done some damage with the soccer kick to his ribs before I took him down. I felt its ribs flex with my bare foot.

The neighbors dog went after my son. So I went after their stupid over grown pit bull.

He was fine. Just scraped up wis knees from falling. The dog was just about to him as my foot connected and it threw the dog off course, knocking my son over. If I hadnt of kicked him he would have bitten my son and I would have given the dog lead poisoning on the spot. Why cant people have fucking normal dogs? I have a lab. A normal dog.
Ye I was lucky the business end was occupied and I could take his back easy, literally take his back minus hooks, he's like 180 ish. Then when he spat the dog out I held him for a bit, the exploded into a whooping and he ran away. He was willing to fight that choke too I had to drive my right shoulder down into the back of his head and twist his head around to get it done.

I owned a pit for a long time. She was super aggro. You definitely need to understand what kind of dog that is and what they can do. Mine was only aggro to other dogs though, never people.
That's the way to do it. I was worried he was gonna bite me. My face was close to his but I could feel each breath getting shallower as i choked it and put all my body weight on it.
I had a lab/chow mix that didnt like anybody except my family. She was an awesome dog but couldnt be trusted around other people. Like you said "you have to understand". We did, that's why we didnt let her run around the neighborhood.
Oh yeah I was scared too, of he bucked and turned I coulda been in big trouble. Did anything happen after that with your neighbour's dog?
Nothing happened but I havent seen him off his leash since.
Good, people should have to do exams to own those dogs. If you manage them properly their awesome but they have huge potential for damage and are pushy, if people don't push back in the right way they get dangerous.
Lazy owners are why some dog species get a bad rap.

Dumbass owners. I love pits. I also know better. Idc if it's a Pomeranian, I never let my dogs off the leash unless they are completely fenced in.
100%! Ignorance is a problem too, my Mam made a mistake giving them treats inside just then, it was coming up to dinner time so they were probably hungry and cranky after their walk. With two uncut males in the house, especially when one is visiting, chow time has to go down in a strictly controlled way.
that's real scary. i got bit by a pit in the back of my thigh..hamstring? whatever it's called. hurt a lot and did some damage, but even worse it gave me an irrational fear of dogs..especially the breed.. hope your boy is ok...it's traumatizing.
