There's never been a bigger bandwagon-jumper in the business that Rampage.
The second he 'officially' signs with the UFC, Bellator and all the good things he said about them will be nothing but a distant memory...just like the UFC was a year ago.
It's sad really. The UFC backed him when he caused a pregnant woman to lose her child because he ran from the cops in his "I have a small dick"-mobile...and in return, he turned around and trashed the UFC.
And now the UFC, after all this shit, signs him again. Congratulations Rampage, you're probably getting pennies on the dollar compared to what Bellator was paying you...which was probably pennies on the dollar compared to what the UFC was paying you before.

One opinion is to prove that with Bellator suing the UFC, that they don't have a monopoly in terms of the lawsuits brought against ZUFFA last year (Cung Le). That they are in a legal fight they intend to go into knowing they will likely lose to prove a legal point towards their other legal battles.
Another is the obvious, they will keep any stars they can away from Bellator when they have an opportunity to do so. The more legends they have signed to contracts with remaining fights, the more they control forever essentially and prevent them from fighting out their contract and hurting Zuffa by helping someone else get viewers. They hate the fact that Randy fought out his contract and went over to Bellator. They would like nothing better than to have remaining fights on contracts with every potential draw out there as they are in their retirement phase.
