Too bad Holly couldn't do this. She could have prevented her soul being choked out of her body. I heard her elite level stand up was so good no wrestler could ever take her down.

is ronda even relevant anymore? i havent actually seen her saying she is coming back.she just tells the media to not ask her about fighting now. she has gone hollywood like randy and gina. she is going to make her name in straight to dvd b list movie from now on and duck holly forever

The weight cut must kill her. I really hate the fact that cutting weight is considered ok. It's okay for Drew Brees (6' 209lbs) to get blind-side hit by 300lbs. D linemen all day but but we have to have tight weight classes for fighting AND THEN it's fine for people dehydrate themselves to sickness and near death so they can get hit in the head the next day................

Cyborg weighs 175 lbs. How much do you think Holly weighs in this photo? 175? 180? 185? Holly's entire frame is bigger. Granted, Cyborg might be in between cycles and looking less swole in this photo but we all know she's huge and Holly dwarfs her. I bet Holly starts cutting at least a few weeks out from a fight. Cyborg probably a month because she has to balance losing as little muscle as possible while still dropping weight. Cyborg admits to using IV's to recover as well.

Ronda makes 135 in 3 days, cutting water on the day before weigh in. When compared to fighters who cut a drastic amount of weight, Ronda's cut is easy.

Cutting has always been a part of competitive combat sports that require weight classes. It's never going to change. It's not always fair but neither is life.
