There's no way this is the main or co-main for UFC 200, unless Dana and Joe Silva have given up on the idea of putting something great together, or at least something comparable to UFC 100. Cain's coming off of back surgery and before that he lost a fight that he had two training camps to prepare for. Browne won't be able to use his most effective weapon since eye pokes would make him vulnerable to takedowns, and it's not likely that the president of his fan club will get another crack at refereeing one of his fights. Seriously though, this would (should) probably headline the prelims on a card as potentially epic as UFC 200.
