You've got he indigo movement and beast coast with artists like Joey bada$$, his group Pro Era, The Underachievers and a ton of solo artists connected to these artists. The A$AP (mob?) collective also out of NY. Tyler the Creator has an interesting style that's led to a group called Odd Future, and another quality rapper from that group is Earl Sweatshirt. Acid rap has come back strong thanks to Chance the Rapper, Vic Mensa and others. Tech N9ne's label Strange Music houses a lot of talent.
So many other artists old and new putting out classic material. Madlib, J Cole, Guilty Simpson, Ghostface, Action Bronson, Ras Kass, Pharoahe Monch, Logic, Run the Jewels, all the guys from Slaughterhouse (Joe Budden, Royce da 5"9, Crooked I, Joell Ortiz) Yelawolf, Danny Brown, Prodigy of Mobb Deep, Aqualeo, King Los, Sean Price (R.I.P)
