the only thing that sucked was he ended up choking on his verse..he pulled out his phone trying to read his lyrics.awkward..they cut this out of the finished cypher but I seen snippets of his fiasco...He's a unreal lyricist and he's human so idc if he messed up lol

do you know the backstory to that fiasco? everyone else on that stage was rapping rehearsed raps and ones they have done before. Madchild came in the night before, wrote his shit that morning and went on stage. he didnt have any prep time.

he bombed no doubt, but he was one of the only guys on stage, if not the only one, who actually wrote a rhyme for that specific show.

yea i knew that..it just shocked me cuz he's such a seasoned vet...I do think they ALL should've written a specific verse for that cypher...I loved when Mad battled Daylyt..he was doing more than holding his own...I can't stand Daylyts delivery and wanna be thuggery

agreed. I really like that Madchild keeps it old school doing rap battles etc still to this day.

fuck yeah he has. I have seen him a couple times. funny story, I once had a quick hoot with him at a breakfast spot in miami. my wife and I were having breakfast at an outdoor cafe in south beach, I was having a rip on my wax pen and Action Bronson walks by with his crew, I gave him a high five, told him I have seen him in Vancouver BC a few times and handed him my pen. he took a hit and said "see you on the west coast killa", he walked off and I finished my mimosa and french toast.

yes he did. fame at a young age will do that.

I like Madchild because he knows he fucked up his life and doesnt hide it.

what I want to know is why there are no more swollen members albums coming out any time soon. it seems like he is doing his own thing touring (finally being able to tour the USA he is making up for it big time) and Prevail formed a new group with his cousin called Alpha Omega. which is straight fire.

I like Prevail far more than Madchild. I once played swords with Prevail, no joke, no homo.
