Have to say, interesting quotes, particularly rickson........Here are some of my favorites. Feel free to add your own. Let this thread be a source of motivation and inspiration to everyone.
That quote by Rickson is one of my favorites. This is the quote in it's entirety.

Askren disagrees lol..thanks for sharing didn't know he said that...Rickson praised Mark after they grappled...and Mark did like wise..
Mark ended up being a big advocate for bjj. He trained with Rickson and Pedro Sauer after their fight and at one point wanted to start a bjj program when he coached at BYU.
