There will be no charges pressed against MMA legend, BJ Penn, for the sexual assault allegations made against him back in February.

A former bjpenn.com website employee and his girlfriend accused Penn of the allegations and filed the report in Delaware, Ohio.

On February 18th, the UFC acknowledged that they were aware of the situation and released an official statement about it.

Not sure how reliable this source is, but the story linked seems legit. It appears BJ can put this behind him

It would be one thing if BJ had done all this, but it appears the Pedro just had a falling out, and then used fucking false rape accusations of all things as a measure to help bouy is new competing site.

I hope BJ either sues him or runs into him somewhere and gives him a beating. Imagine the shit this probably caused BJ with his wife and kids.

Pedro does websites for a living. Why wouldn't he have another site upon his departure from BJPenn.com? That's how he makes his living. It's not like he was going into selling supplements afterward.

At the end of the day, Amber Soukus decided she wanted to file charges and Pedro foolishly went all out on social media just before she did. That criminal charges weren't filed just means they didn't meet the evidence threshold, which considering the time that had passed and lack of corroborating evidence in an inherently private crime like sexual assault, is not uncommon.

I think passing judgment on BJ, Pedro or Amber is something none of us can do. The situation sucked. I hope BJ was innocent just for the sake of everything he's done for MMA, but I know how loyal Pedro was to BJ. If he wanted to discredit him over money there are far less extreme ways he could have gone about doing it. This situation just sucks all around.

Pedro decided to try this in the court of public opinion. So here we are...the public.

Further, entimports is a shitty scraping site that relies on probable robo posting to social media to flood for clicks... So I'm gonna judge that too. But back to the topic...

Once this was entered into defaming BJ in this manner, why isn't it appropriate to then judge? Penn has had his name dragged through the mud, called a drug addict and a violent sexual criminal by Pedro.

Im judging because it's bullshit to lob such accusations without evidence. BJ will now walk tainted by those that caught the original headlines. You know how this goes with any public accusations. The clearing is never as sexy.
