Extremely friendly and personable. Gave a ton of credit to her fight camp and coaches after the fight (AKA's gym in Thailand).
Good to hear. It was an obvious mismatch bit she did as expected and got the W quickly. Hopefully she gets some momentum for WMMA in Bellator.

When people were interviewing her after the match, she was very respectful of her opponent and credited the intense training and sparring sessions at AKA thailand. Basically espousing the "Train hard, Fight Easy" ethos.

But yeah, she's great with fans, easy to work with and appreciative to be where she is. Class act all the way.

Also, I've worked hundreds of shows, Bellator and otherwise and I've never, EVER heard the pop that crowd gave Sakara for anyone else at any other show. At least not live. The only thing I think it could be comparable to is McGregor in Ireland.

More good news about her, nice! Getting a reputation of being overly fan friendly is huge IMO. Seeing how Conor was compared to the rest of the guys at UFC 189 fight week was a real eye opener.

And Sakara coming in was awesome for sure, good goosebumps moment I bet if your were there live. I was just watching at home and was thinking what a great moment for him. You know if Bellator has more international shows booked or where they want to go next?

Next international show will be London at the 02 arena in July. I believe they want to do one more in late 3rd or 4th quarter of the year, but its location isn't set yet.

TheEmperorRises @TheEmperorRises -

The show was a good success as far as attendance went, It was 10-12k easily, in a place where MMA isn't extremely popular as a whole, so I can't imagine we wouldnt go back there.

noooo he needs guys he can beat, and as much as I dislike Wandy, he would be way too much for Sakara imo.

great to hear Cutman Matt's comments on the crowd, cause Sakara tends to get a pop anyway due to him being a bit of a character, so I bet he's considered a legend in Italy
