That sounds good to me. Indian take away's are an institution in the UK and Ireland though.
We don't have take out, so I had to dine in.

My daughter was the only one home, so I asked her if she wanted to go eat with me. I was thinking we'd have a good cheap meal.

She invied her boyfriend.

On the way there, my wife passed us on her Harley, so she followed us.

Dinner ended up costing me $75.

Good damn it, people do have that sixth sense though I have a couple of friends who always seem to turn up when the dinner is nearly ready.

There's an Indian place close to my house, buffet on the weekends. They've got this potato and spinach curry which kicks ass. Staff are funny, since they're afraid I'll wreck the place they alway keep my plate full. I usually go mid bender on Saturday evening so their fear is not entirely unfounded.

I was thinking Lamb Jalfrezi, no proper Indians over the pond? That sucks!!
Not about that lamb. I like chicken jalfrezi tho. I'm working in AZ atm and there's no curry house here. They have 2 back in cali where I live, 1 is proper shit, other is edible.

In San Diego there are a few, one has good Tikka massala and shit everything else, the other is vice versa.

I'm confident every major town or city in the uk has at least 1 curry house that would smoke any of the ones in america.

The biggest difference for me though is in Chinese food. In the USA it's fucking garbage. Completely different from over there. But they still herd there in droves, stuffing Thier fat heads with that nasty shit.

Not me tho

Shit tastes like prolapsed baboon ass

I got a job with TSA the week after they enacted that rule. Total fucking disaster. The whole time I was employed, all we were focused on was making sure nobody's bottle of water got through the checkpoint.

You got me wrong.

I fucking love lamb.

I made this on the weber the other day...Lamb forequarter...Just over 2 kilos

I have never had lamb in my entire life. That looks good and I would tear that up. Good job. I dont know anyone that eats or even provides that around here. I assume that I am missing out?

It is delicious Sir.

My friend is a top top chef...He went back for seconds and give me a wink and a nod...Made me happy...I cooked it for 10 minutes on indirect medium heat and then turned it over and left it for 30 minutes...It turned out perfect.

So indirect heat is like an oven type feature?
