Barnatt isnt very good and Mayhem has the size advantage get on it boys.
I had to really LOL at that! Luke Barnatt is actually very good. I've seen him compete way before UFC signed him & whilst in the UFC had 2 considerable decision losses which were very questionable. Obviously Munoz rag dolled him around in that fight but all his others were good fights.

bellator get a lot of flack for signing ufc castoffs and has been but this guy from ventnor has signed the 2 most damaged fighters of all time to fight on the same card.it is pure shock value. palhares is either going to demolish another knee or go full potato and get ktfo while holding on to his opponents leg. mayhem isnt even mentally fit to fight and it is sickening seeing someone take advantage of the mentally disturbed like that.they just want known ufc fighters to give credibilty to their card .this is some japan level bullshit here.they might as well let miller fight 3 midgets and a hunchback

I used to think about the same for Palhares untill I saw him compete on Polaris Pro Event just over a month ago here in the UK. He fought Gary Tonon & that match was a battle of the leg locks for which Palhares was VERY respectful. No extended hold or holding on. I guess we will see tomorrow if he has truly learnt his lesson but I say he is a changed person already.

Should he even be considering fighting?
Usually Luke would not entertain such a thing and having John Maguire in his corner too I'm pretty sure Barnatt won't be taking the fight! Also as a responsible promotion they should pull the fight for fighter safety in the first place. There is being over by a few lbs & being 24 lbs over into another weight division. Ventor should be responsible & pull the fight themselves.

Mr. Palhares probably realized how much money his psycho attitude was costing him.

Thought it was as Google brought up a Josef Fritzl with that info.

Sick man.

But what's the connection with what I wrote about Palhares becoming a better person. I'm confused!

It was more myself questioning if your quote was true. I like paul harris, lets forget about him. But would this statement ring true to a man like fritzl, or Hitler, or hillary clinton?

Is there a point where you cannot repent and become a better person? If war machine finds his inner budda would he still be hated?

Your quote has me on a deep thought train here.

Yeah I do. It's not that Murder one is it where it makes out he didn't do it because of they way the script writers wrote it? @robbie

That cookie guy who started the crips became a better person in his long jail sentence (20+ years for murders)

He became a preacher and a genuine advocate and spokesman against gangs and violence when he was inside.

There were mass appeals for the governator to take away his death penalty. But he diddnt. And they executed him.

He couldnt escape justice no matter how much he repented and changed his ways

That is a very deep thought train you are on.

I wouldn't class Palhares in the same boat as the others you've mentioned or Hilliary Clinton tbh.

As for War Machine it appears he has found his 'God' but it does not in excuse the crimes he commited.

Lots of people are hated for different things, some valid alot not. Haters will always hate.

I would say that was personal opinion swayed in there.( the judge) I mean look at the new series that aired on The People vs O. J Simpson. Watching that, did it sway you to think he didn't do it?

Did his son do it who they never really questioned his eldest son! ( if you watch other documentaries on it) One thing for sure it proved he was abusive to Nicole alot of times & had a temper, was jealous of her being with other people, but people's opinion of him could of changed now!

While that is something to think about, I think (and I am sure you agree) that some psycho who holds on to submissions too long is a far cry from Hitler. Palhares could realize the problems with his ways and be forgiven in my eyes. Who is gonna forgive Hitler?

His reaction is priceless. "Hang on, let me take off my shorts that'll do it. No? Shucks!"

Okay 24lbs for pants is a BIT much but let's be honest how many weigh ins have you seen that male fighters 'pants' have weighed alot? I know I've seen plenty that don't add up!

Coming in at 209 is certainly a shout-out to the Diaz-bros. Mayhem knows how to play the game.
It would have been awesome if they said "209" for his weight, and then Mayhem screamed "don't be scared homie!"
