Quinton Jackson doesn't necessarily want to fight Tito Ortiz. But if that's a fight Ortiz wants, "Rampage" said he would be in.

Jackson beat Satoshi Ishii via split decision in his Bellator return in the main event of Bellator MMA: Dynamite 2 in St. Louis. And apparently, Muhammed Lawal, Jackson's sometimes rival, was the one who broached the subject of "Rampage" facing Ortiz. Jackson and Ortiz are longtime friends.

"Kin Mo' wants me to fight my boy Tito," Jackson said at the post-fight press conference. "He must really not like Tito. King Mo told me that if I fight Tito, then he'll fight Ishii, because I think that'll be a good fight, King Mo vs. Ishii. Because they both fight the same. Just sayin'."

I would bet on Tito in this event based on what I saw last night. Who knows though. Rampage looked disgusted with himself and may show up better next time.

Thats probably the best matchup for them at this point. I would have to go with Page due to his striking and td. I dont think tito at this stage can td page like king mo did

And as much as people on here want to talk about only see "good fights" with "serious contenders" I bet it would draw fantastic ratings for Bellator.
Yeah I guess...I don't care to watch someone who really doesn't care to fight. It's pretty obvious Rampage is not into it anymore. I mean people are saying that don't want to see GSP come back, who is still in fantastic shape. I would watch, and never criticize, an older fighter who will still try. If you want to keep going and will put the work in, more power to you.

That is not Rampage at this juncture.

Exactly. An example is Mark Hunt who now north of 40 is in the best shape and fighting better than at any point in his career.

“Not only did I not fight for a year, but I didn’t train for a year,” Jackson said of his time between promotions, which was marked by some legal battles over who had the rights to his services – a battle Bellator ultimately won. “All I did was play video games. I was so depressed, I was just sitting at home playing video games and drinking beer. You can’t be a professional athlete doing stuff like that. I’m going to change my life and get back in the gym.”

After Bellator 157, 'Rampage' Jackson wants no more Ishii – but might fight Tito Ortiz
