I think some of you are misinterpreting what I'm saying in regards to the scoring.
I want to see more 10-8s. We just rarely get them without someone being rocked, dropped, being controlled and close to being submitted. So based on history the last 3 rounds all being scored as 10-9s would not have shocked me at all and that's exactly what I thought that the judges would do. I was wrong. I'm happily surprised by the use of 10-8s.
Even moreso because I wanted JJ to win.
And I'll watch these ladies fight over and over but I hope that Claudia comes in better shape next time. She's a beast but she can't handle that much output for 25 minutes. If she doesn't fade so dramatically this fight gets awfully interesting.
