Cerrone pretty clearly meant it as "a guy laid on top of another guy" in an mma contest, not in a "gays are bad and i hate them" in all scenarios context. But why would we consider what he was trying to say when we could take his statement out of context and blast the guy for it while we all sit on our moral high horses as the perfect human beings we all clearly are.

Donald forget to mention that Anderson is 4 inches taller and has a 5 inch reach. He would be at a disadvantage in that sense if he got into the pocket. He should play into his own strengths and not that of his competitor.
