Epic fatass dinner tonight, 'eh bra'/R.I.P My Ahole

This is what I had for early dinner tonight in Hawaii, its a mix up of various mainstream Hawaii food items, anchored by a 'loco moco' entree, with three common types of pork(ish) items as sides...

From top: Teriyaki Spam, Kalua Hash ('Kalua' = slow roasted pig), Portuguese sausage (top meat item in Hawaii after spam, its called 'linguisa' in North America & Europe, 'smoke cured pork sausage seasoned with garlic and paprika')

Loco Moco is a top 3-5 all time common Hawaiian take out / short order food, usually served in a bowl as a complete meal by itself Botton to top: white sticky rice > Hamburger patty > Beef Gravy > Over Easy eggs

99% of people here eat poi MAYBE once every few years

At least 4 times a week I would go to L&L's and get kalua pig over cabbage with rice and a heaping side of mac salad. Probably one of my all time favorite places to eat. That and zippys.

growing up (90s) L&L was an incredibly awesome place, hate to be all hipsterish but they turned into a franchise and sort of suck shit now, they even have one in NYC...

below average place in Hawaii now, they fucked up, I remember it as awesome like you do

Yeah last time I had it was in 2006. I lived on Oahu and there was one less than a half mile away. The chicken Katsu was another favorite of mine there.

some of the main items are rather similar to how they were originally but its mostly not the same at all - there are about 10 in Vegas and a few in SD

What really destroys your asshole is eating only fruits & salads all raw for 1-2days. Like lettuce, pomegranade, garlic, grapes, apples, paprika, maybe some sesame seeds.
My ass was bleeding and swollen and looked like that of a chimpanzee. But after 2-3 days it was fine. But that was extreme.
