IDK what the hell happened with Guillard. His speed and power were unmatched in the LW division 5 years ago. He fucked up by leaving Jacksons. Also, he was on his way to whooping Pearson's ass when the ref saved him, and pearson pulled out of the rematch. I still believe guillard has another run in him if he joins a good camp
And Guillard misses weight again. 157.9... Announces that it's his last fight at 155.
I was just about to ask- that was the first I've heard of it. Welterweight will be a touh division for him....

It's going to be a terrible division for him. He's short in comparison to Rickels who isn't even a big 55er. Now he's taking his suspect chin up in weight? I'm sure he has mouths to feed but he should just hang the gloves up if he's not going to be serious about fighting.

As ridiculous as the last few years of his career have been... It's possible. Maybe he's planning a Mayhem and going to try to come in 20lbs overweight
I'm torn- I'm of the mind that weight cutting at all is terrible and already cost a young fighter in OneFC his life. So when they miss by a few pounds I think it's good they didn't cause any undue harm just trying to make weight, but also is probably a bad sign for anyone with championship dreams.
I think Melvin wins in devastating fashion. He's only 33, I'm still holding out hope that he lives up to his potential.
If ever there was a time for the "optimistic" rating to still be around.

Guillard is as done as I've ever seen a fighter done. Bellator should let him go for the better of everybody involved especially us fans.
Probably, but you never know. I thought Arlovski was as done as it gets afyer Kharitonov knocked him out in Strikeforce, but then he came back and almost fought his way to a title shot in the UFC
He was. He made it to that by incredibly favorable matchmaking.
He was never even close to the elite to begin with. He was the correct ethnicity and had an enhanced crazy looking body. All Rogan and Goldie would say about him is how "athletic" he was. He has always been fringe. Stevenson and Clementi showed all you need to know about him and his so called "PRIME".
