Rusev has been the same character with the same moveset for 3 years. He needs to stop being booked as a monster, it's incredibly boring.

As heel I'm not sure there's much more you can do with him and the US belt as a heel? Make him cheat more I guess.

Give the belt to Owens as a Canadian and have him play it up. I just don't buy Ryder after what they've done to him in booking. It's just not something I care at all about.
