and now he's stuck, he put on muscle for this fight, his cut to 145 will be unbearably bad now if he even can. Aldo coming up to settle it is as good as we can ask for imo and then get the next number one contender in there to fight ALdo if he wins and whoever else you can reasonably put in there for the belt if he loses.

Max vs Whoever stands out and wash the division clean.

I say Conor fight Pettis for the strap. It's a guaranteed loss for Conor to a legit fighter.

Oh right Pettis at 145 now, if Conor can get down there sure, but the Aldo rematch is the lynch pin to stopping or continuing the division. If they don't do it they have to have Aldo lose to Pettis or Max in the interim then and settle whatever rematch may come if Conor needs to drop the belt. Aldo holding that belt and Conor at 155 never settling it just looms over 145 forever.

I fear that if/when they do crown Cass they will book him strong during a period where Strowman becomes their extrapolated feud.

The trade off from listening to Roman talk is enough for me, Cass isn't Stone Cold but he's at least a ten times better promo than Reigns and can worke enough, he's not Strowman out there. I"m not saying I prefer Cass over Rollins or Owens or even AJ or Cena for that matter yet, but I'll take it over Reigns talking, there was nothing worse.

If this was all work no talk then Cesaro and AJ would be trading the belt all the time and no one else.

I like that Reigns is out, but would have preferred Owens take that with work.
