What do you think about WWE owning the rights to the name "Rhodes" ...thus not allowing Cody Rhodes to use that name in other feds.
Par for the course with businesses like WWE, UFC etc, Cody knew it would be like that if he left the way he did and his lawyer had to have explained it.

That's a good way to look at it and prolly the best way to do it, now that he has separated ties with the WWE he can finally build his own legacy going forward.

If there was some substance from Bray and they gave him a hard push ...let him take the title and run with it for a good 6 months that might be interesting.
