That fleeing the scene of a personal injury accident can get pled down to a gross misdemeanor. Only thing is, is he on probation for the DUI? If thats the case he will have to serve that suapended sentence on top of what's to come.

The court proceedings can get drawn out for months regardless is guilty or not.

He will see a judge tomorrow and plea not guilty and bail will be set. He will get out tomorrow with all this looming over him.
