That would be correct, yes. But again, a lot of Asian countries are largely shut off from outside influences. This also applies to a lot of Europe (like Italy). Places like Australia, Canada, and the U.S. that are more culturally diverse are always going to have the best food.

Thats true but not my point, Asia has a shit load of disposable income now right across the continent, cities like Tokyo, Shanghai, Bangalore and Seoul are massive cosmopolitan metropolises who's range of cuisine rivals Australia's and im sure the US and Canada's. You should visit some time, my last boss told me that South Korea is all rice paddies lol no dude no...

But I was talking about indigenous cuisine, lets get back to that, Asia's indigenous cuisine is MUCH more diverse than that of Europes (Now now as "no-hope") do you disagree? Ive got all night here no drinky no sleepy lol

My favorite dish is Fijian style chicken curry, dhal and rice, all originally come from Asia, that goulash shit looks like curry made from food coloring with no spices (since they dont exist in Europe)

Sure a lot of spices came from the outside, but you just can't say what you said before, the saltmines as best example disagree with you quite a bit. And spices are not just small grains but a whole lot of other stuff.

In any case, if you wanna go like that, then delete every Asian dish that has chilli in it (which I assume is a lot), because those didn't originate in Asia.

Fine delete them but we can just use indigenous spices instead of chilies, chilies are better/easier to grow/cheaper but India had hot (masala) food since the Indus Valley so there is that. Lets leave salt out of this since the ocean covers 80% of the earth.

You should ask that an expert, better if I tell you is what I use a lot or think is important, which has European origins except salt and and rosemary:
olives, sage, saffron (most expensive one or something, right?), thyme, wild garlic, caraway seed, chives, celeriac

1) Diversity =/= better
2) A lot of Asian food sucks. Just because it varies more across the continent doesn't make it good.
