Yeah but say you are going to hire someone to mow your lawn. This person is on the local news, several stations, for allegidly raping a small girl.
The community is in an outrage. You hired him to mow your lawn, but you don't want him and his truck with his face on the side of the truck/van parked in front of your house. Sure you aren't guilty, sure he hasn't been proven guilty, but in the public eye, he's shunned, and by being affiliated with him, you as well might get shunned.
So instead of hiring him, you hire a lawn service completely different, for the purpose of not having to worry about your lawn getting mowed and neighbors/community shunning you. This is better than having a lawn service and your name being affiliated in a negative way.

Your angle is more about laws, where as this situation is more about a termable contract.

Anyone who has had to go through the death of an immediate family member knows that it can really fuck you up even if you are an incredibly strong person.

and change your parents, to ease the emotional pain people often do things out of character. The whole family dynamic changes. It'd be a great angle to put the character of Jones together and find out. Or he could just be a regular ol dysfunctional fuck up who can't handle success and self sabotages or even worse just a boring drug addict

I don't think you're being a smart ass at all. I have very thick e-skin so don't ever be afraid to tell me what you think. I take more pride in the first100 title than I do the moderator title. Interact with me as one of you, and just know the only time I will "mod" is if someone asks me to do something for them upon request.

I agree that it's possible Reebok could still sponsor him and it not be a big deal, but the fact they aren't isn't a big deal to me either. It is what is is. He could've ran or he could've stayed. Had he stayed, he still could have had the sponsorship lost so who knows. All I know is if he was paying attention he could've avoided all this but the only one to blame now is him, accidental or not.

I get what you are saying, but I'd say with the response this situation has gotten from people in the know, it's a pretty safe bet.

I'd like to see him beat the heavyweights before calling him the best, but I agree, he's way too good and talented to not be fighting.
