I have to agree for a multitude of reasons.Nothing top's Batman TAS.
I have the whole series on dvd. It's a benchmark of excellence.
I'll go one step further and say one of the GOAT cartoons period.
The jlu seson 1 episode 25 was one of my favorite cartoons of all time.I vote JLU only because it was so ambitious and it didn't miss the mark once. Batman was more of a procedural. JLU told massive stories and nailed every character. That's basically the DCU bible as far as I'm concerned.
Nice.Xmen
He Man
Batman Beyond

Fuck yeah. That was a great time then, let alone looking back.Jim Lee was the man back then lol
It's disgusting what has happened to cartoons these days. Everyone always wishes to be younger but I wouldn't trade that and have to miss all those amazing cartoons I got as a kid. Sure I guess YouTube probably has most of the episodes of all of them but still living it was awesome. That stuff is a huge part of your childhood. I have awesome memories of my Saturday mornings. Just great.
Dat theme song doe...x men had good stories but the crappy animation did not hold up well.
Might have to start a separate anime threadNot a superhero but this was one of the first animation/anime i watched as a child that i fell in love with.
Who remembers Guyver?
When Mrs Beard and I were still dating she got me that as a birthday gift. That was when I knew it was love.I have the whole series on dvd. It's a benchmark of excellence.
