I was gonna PM splinty as ask this but I'll use this thread in case others are experiencing the same thing. I recently went from an iPhone 5 to the 6+, I noticed the gifs aren't working. Is there something I need to change in my settings?

it's a free smart phone that came with my plan. i don't know what's up with it. the keyboard just locks up, freezes all apps and i end up having to hard restart. it works that way for everything, email, texts, websites. i got access to a computer today briefly, that's how i'm sending this. i'll be getting a new phone this month more than likely. i just didn't want you guys thinking i'd bailed.
Can you try posting via the regular site some? You're in tapatalk so dunno if its the phone or the app settings.
Android phone I assume?
Uninstall as many apps as you can. Dont use it? Get rid of it.
Can always reset phone too. Just make sure contacts are set as google and they will be backed up under your gmail.

Sorry for the delay. The GIFS work fine when I'm on my laptop. They worked on my previous Iphone, but they appear as still shots on my 6+

had issue's with my phone yesterday, he kept rebooting/starting after the SIM PIN.
i had to do a hard reset from YT to get it going and lost all data, resets to when it came out of the box.
