I was sort of indifferent to the news. Not sure how to express it without crossing the bashing lines but I've always found him to be a bit obnoxious and I don't think he will garner much sympathy from the UFC for his previous antics unless he becomes super famous or something.
With that said I hope he makes more money doing whatever it is he does. Sell those home holmes!

You could be right, but he may get more by leaving and claiming that he isn't desperate to come back. It's definitely got a better chance than showing your hand publicly.
Wonder what he plans to do for income if he does choose this? Doubt he'd want to open a school and compete with Serra and Renzo.
I just don't think he's got the fan base to warrant them playing him more to come back. They let Nate sit for awhile who's way bigger of a draw.
