I don't know know enough about the requirements but is this not illegal considering their are betting implications? Sorry if stupid question, but just seems wrong and frankly could have a big impact on a fight?

Maybe not.
It went to the commission, but just how public is that knowledge ahead of time? How fast do FOIA requests get responded to?

If we are worried about betting implications the real question is one of public knowledge via the public commission.
It'd be nice to know how to get this type of information ahead of time for all kinds of reasons.

Good point, I don't bet, so don't know but surely they wouldn't sit on this kind of info? Also, when I heard it on sky this morning, it all seemed like the public just found out post-fight......I could be wrong, but that's how they reported it.
