Out of the whole article I think this is the important part, just fucking fight each other...
The problem is Cyborg is demanding things with no leverage. Ronda can not fight her and carry on making great money, make movies, and likely retire as the GOAT of women's MMA. Would it help Ronda's legacy, yes. Is it a great fight, yes. Do I want it to happen, yes. However, at this point it is only going to happen on Ronda's terms. Cyborg just has to get used to that or get on with her career.
I've given up on this fight, I'll care once it's a day away from happening.

who did cyborg beat to deserve this fight?what makes her entitled to this? all her victories are in the past. it would be a great challenge for ronda but this is like randy couture coming out of nowhere and challenging the champ for a catchweight bout.cyborg hasnt beat anyone of note since marloes in 2013 and before that marloes in 2010 and gina in 2009. cyborg should rack up some legit wins and make her way into the ufc.then rack up some contender fights like anyone else would have to.hell let her fight miesha first there is absolutley nothing entitling her to this fight.
Well her claim is that she is the 145 champion, despite 135 being a wasteland of talent compared to 115, and 145 making 135 look like the que to join a gangbang with Jennifer Lawrence.

I have a difficult time taking Cyborg seriously with her obviously roided up body. Would she even be the same fighter AT ALL had she not juiced? I just don't see in what universe a supposedly clean fighter like Rousey would need to go out of her way to fight someone who's a known cheater, especially when the casual public has no fucking idea who Cybrog is.

At some point Ronda is going to run out of contenders. I'd say that is 1-2 yrs away. What happens after that who knows. She could retire or fight Cyborg. The good news is both are under 30 yrs of age so there is still plenty of time.

Here's some things I don't see eye to eye with general masses on the RR vs Cyborg topic.
Cyborg getting zero wiggle room for PEDs. The majority of fan favs like Wand, Vitor, Overeem, Coleman and many more all abused and yes they get criticized but
nowhere at the level Cris does. When people suggest Cyborg has little to offer if it wasn't for her size I feel like saying who the fuck cares? Griffen got the belt with hard work and massive heart, not amazing technique. Brock got the title by having great wrestling but without his super human size it would've been much tougher. Diego S has made a long career from being the mad man just like Garcia and both those guys have gross technical skills compared to others in their class but people still like to watch them fight. MMA can be awesome due to the variety of problems presented to other guys in the cage.
If Ronda or any champ truly feels they can crush somebody out there then just go do it. I lose respect for anybody who wants to call out, disrespect and posture around an opponent which they openly regard as not worthy even if the complaints are some what warranted. If you say you can kill this person then don't say you'll do it after a long line of stipulations, just fight and move on afterwards.
Asking what Cyborg gas done to deserve the fight. The women's divisions are so shallow I think that just the huge long personal beef alone is grounds to get this done. They are both champs who have expressed they want to fight each other so that should be enough IMO.
If I was in a position to mediate this deal I'd be pushing for a catch weight at 140 and no title on the line. Just want to see arguably the 2 biggest names in WMMA right now square off before its way too late which at this point its getting close.

Women produce less test than men naturally, making cheating with steroids worse for women than for men. She is also not competing with organizations that give a free reign to use PEDs like Pride did. Wanderlei for example, could be said to have been juicing for a level playing field, rather than getting an advantage, at least in Pride. Then once you've started, it is almost like you can't stop, because you've ruined your natural ability to produce test.
does a win against charmaine tweet or fiona muxlow earn her a shot at ronda? i feel like people who back cyborg just want to see ronda get the shit kicked out of her more than they are actual fans of cyborg.she had her chance and decided to leave the ufc.it probably is the fight to make but its not like cyborg hasnt sabotaged herself every step of the way all the while calling ronda out. its a very weird situation

I feel the same way on this. It seems odd that Cyborg needs to so built to fight Ronda especially since shes been popped for roids in the past. She walks around at 160!
Ronda is better off waiting for Cyborg to come down or leave it at that.
why would anyone fight someone in a different promotion in a different weight class? if ben askren was running his mouth about ben henderson how would that work out? ronda vs cyborg is probably never going to happen and its the only way cyborg stays relevant is to talk about it.tito is never going to negotiate a superfight with the ufc for her.
Cyborg is signed to the Ufc so it's a moot point you're making.

Part of her deal is she has to make 135 before actually getting a fight in the ufc. But why not put on a catch weight fight and give the fans what they want..... Like the Ufc always says they do, especially if Rhonda can beat men bigger than her.
