Miesha retired, Ronda is on her way out as well, and Joanna also said she isn't sure how much longer she wants to fight. The time to strike is now, and these are the 5 ladies I'd be chasing after if I were in charge of the checkbook (and not just cashing these fat schill checks).
Cris Cyborg
Not likely, but she seems unhappy with the UFC, and has said she wants to fight at 145 from now on (so no more 140 catchweight fights, and she sure as hell isn't going to 135). She has history working for Coker in the past (who made her and Carano main eventers before that was a thing) and Bellator has said they hope to have a 145 title in 2017. No better face to lead the division than the P4P #1 fighter in WMMA.
Mackenzie Dern
Guaranteed to be the next big star in WMMA. Her level of jiu jitsu will come to be feared by every girl who steps in the cage with her, where it's essentially just a matter of time before she catches you. And it can't be overlooked that, yes, she is gorgeous. That shouldn't matter, but it clearly does. PVZ didn't land that Reebok deal based on her talent and Ronda didn't have a division created for her solely because she gas a nice armbar. And speaking of looks...

With Invicta right now, but those shows are limited to Fight Pass. I'd have her fighting on the main card, asap. She would also have the freedom to take some fights with Bellator Kickboxing, if she wanted. Definite future draw if given the exposure.
Kayla Harrison
Dreams of seeing Cyborg vs Rousey will likely remain just that- dreams. You saw the way she stormed away from Nunes- a staredown with Cyborg might give her a heart attack. So this, to me, is the next best thing (if not better). Kayla took home gold in judo, something Ronda wasn't able to do. Given the time to flesh out the rest of her game, and this girl could be the one to stop Cyborg.
