What's the penalty if you test positive for alcohol? Oh wait, that would be too consistent with their retarded marijuana policy.

You're right they are completely missing depressants as a category. It can't be legal to fight on Xanax for example.

Yeah, but it isn't listed under the changed penalties. So the penalties haven't changed for them?
This list is just a suggested range to create some consistency in punishment. There is no reason why the NSAC can't issue a heavy penalty for in competition alcohol use.

I can't remember the last time someone failed a test for alcohol.

Just saw on Inside MMA that the following is what the NSAC agreed to, regarding PED's.

1st offense: 3 yr suspension + 50%-70% of purse
2nd offense: 4 yr suspension + 75-100% of purse
3rd offense: lifetime ban + 100% of purse

Anyone that cycled in the past, and didn't PCT properly is fucked now, because it's suicide to risk TRT.
