We chose perfo flooring at our last place because we knew we were going to sell. I have hardwoods now. But i don't have one bad thing to say about the pergo floor. Easy to clean, holds up under high traffic, and snaps together, fairly easy to cut. Easy enough that I helped. Lol. And it looks good.

We have a lot of laminate downstairs on the ground floor already, and i love it.

However, I recommend shag carpet, walls included. Some black lights, cool posters, etc. some incense. Lol. Cool retro stereo found at thrift store.

Built a frame to hang ar500 shooting targets, picked up a bench vise to swap out to rear sights on my pistols to night sights, and hung a TV on the wall for my wanna be handy Asian roommate.

Oh, I also did meal prep for the next three days for breakfast and lunch after getting in a workout and enjoying a bowl of oatmeal.
