UFC President Dana White says he’s offered Nate Diaz a fight. Against whom, exactly, is anyone’s guess.

White today spoke to USA TODAY Sports while on “Radio Row” at Super Bowl LI in Houston, where the UFC on Saturday hosts UFC Fight Night 104. He was asked what’s next for Nate (19-11 MMA, 14-9 UFC) as well as his older brother Nick Diaz (26-9 MMA, 7-6 UFC).

The UFC boss said a fight offer has been extended to Nate – though unlikely for the $20 million he reportedly wants. As for Nick, White said he’s turned down multiple fight offers.

good for the diaz's.. glad they didn't buy into dana's bullshit about fighters only having a short window of time to make money .. you know that window where you take every fight offered and if you don't dana will air it out even if you have a legit injury to the media that you are some pansy, and if you lose the fight your contract will be restructured or simply cut.. hell even if you did win.. you still might get cut or not have your contract renewed cuz.. dana says you don't move the needle.. anywho

It'd be a crime if Nate Diaz and Masvidal never fought.
At this point, could be a mistake for both, but criminy on a crutch, throw that fight together like Pride would have.
Pay them equally, promote the hell out of, and change your company philosophy to respect them equally regardless of the outcome.
Structure a contract that has an equally beneficial post-fight option regardless of the outcome.
That is what is missing from MMA.
Ditch the boxing model for all that is holy.

I don't think I want to see Masvidal and Nate. I would like to see Nate stay at 55 and Jorge at 70.

Nick has never earned less than $250k for a UFC fight.

No way UFC is trying to make him take a pay cut.

Nick has turned down the Lawler fight and the Maia fight. Nick stated himself, 'he currently isnt in the right situation to take a fight right now', whatever that means.

The right situation could easily mean his current contract. One thing he did say in a recent interview is that he gets PPV points, and so if you offer him a non-PPV fight, then he's probably going to pass. The contract he's currently fighting under is several years old at this point, and it's easy to see why he would want his up front money increased.

I should have been more clear. Im talking since his return to the UFC. Barely anyone made any money back then, other than Chuck, Tito and a couple others.

The UFC is too far gone. Hopefully Bellator can save MMA. I'm not too familiar with how Rizin structures their contracts.
