Well no denying action was good , that's why I'll watch part 2 .

Yeah the beauty of this series is that it doesn't spend a lot of time developing a complex plot. It just sticks to action for the most part. And what little plot it does have is plausible enough to make sense.

A guy at work the other day was talking about action movies and starts with the

"I want one that's just wall to wall action. No talking, no one cares about that"
- Have I got the movie for you!
"Except John Wick. That was stupid, no plot at all."

Suffice it to say he has been made fun of by every other male employee every day since. Going on about 2 months now.

Its back on the 4th page. I liked it but thought it could have been cut down by 15 minutes or so. I'm looking forward to them making a third one.

It's an action movie. If you want plot you're in the wrong genre.

Besides to whom is your car being stolen and your dog being murdered not a valid reason to go on a murderous rampage?

pinning the guy down to the floor with the empty shotgun then loading it and firing it was pretty kewl.

the preview for "fate of the furious" was hilarious that film is going to be bad but make like a billion dollars

I juuust loved the taylor/sommelier sequence.
Laughed my ass off.

Loved the concert sequence.
Metro knife fight.
Pencil scene (featuring said acquaintance lol)

Fuck. Loved everything.
Gotta watch it again.

I liked when they ran through that tunnel when ares and her crew where chasing wick and was running away .

Back to the movie.

I missed the whole meaning with the markers. So why did D'Antonio or whatever the Italian dude's name was have a marker from John Wick?

he got him through that impossible mission which allowed john to retire and marry his wife who died. john made a blood oath with his thumb print on the marker medallion he owed santino a favor this why he went to kill santino's sister santino wanted her dead.

I've watched this 3 times, wanting to like it as much as I liked the 1st. I still dont.

If they make a 3rd, it will be a steaming pile of dogshit.
